Sorry I haven't been around much over the past fortnight, I've got an annoying health problem involving my left leg, that results in me sitting at a computer being really uncomfortable so I've been taking a bit of extended leave from Shredaholic until at least the 7th of May. Apologies to anyone who's waiting for a review or article etc to be posted, it'll all get done as soon as I've recovered.

Thanks guys. Turned out its something to do with my sciatic nerve, it runs from the lower back right to the base of your foot - too much PC based work on my websites and for work, plus the way I'd been sitting, meant that I'd put too much pressure on it and damaged it. There's a lot to add to the site but it should all be good to go this week!
